I found a post in facebook that there were this property selling for 1.6m. My wife immedeitly check the said property and she likes it a lot. My question is for the buying procedure. The property is 1.6m, we only have 1.3m on hand, is there any financial institution to help us for the rest of payments? Kindly share it with me. How is the procedure in dealing with this kind of transactions, kasi nde kame dadaan sa bank. Kindly send me links or procedures kng paano makipagtransact and make sure na no head ache afterwards.
