Please advice me on what to do to my landlord.,
He implemented the so called “late rent fee”
Is this legal on the Philippines?
If NO, what can i do to stop him from making my rent bill a slot machine.
I miss my payment this month, my duedate is may 5, 2018. My bill went up from 3,500 to 7000 peso
And he insisted me to pay or he will lock my unit and cut down my electricity. I still have the deposit
I never used it before always on time, and i know you can’t use it as a rent. Please advice me.
