Hi i am looking for help to enlighten me about my housing loan under 24mos equity. We are currently on 17th month paid, and due to financial crisis i came to decide to withdraw the said loan and i wanted to know if i am able to have refund? We haventsigned or received any contract from the developer and they said that they will provide the contract after the equity is completely paid, i have only signed the Reservation Agreement. Our Agent told me that we are not be able to have any cent from what we have paid, in short Non Refundable. And somebody told me about the Maceda law, i am not sure if I understand it clearly. Please enlighten me if i am eligible to what the law said.
