Good to have this forum. I just have a question regarding my rental property. I am based overseas and have rented my condominium. This agent found a client for my condominium and I have fullfield my obligations on the first year in regards to her commission. She has not done much for me though but still gave her the fee. A year later she was harrassing me about the renewal of the client. The rentee has decided not to get her as per the client, we can sort things out by ourselves and that she became unprofessional and has been sending messages non stop despite the fact that she was spoken to by the rentee that they do not want her involve. My question is, is it legal not to get her as our agent for the renewal of contract?
