I need help.
I just closed a rental deal today, however, the property owner only gave me 25% of the monthly rent. Which is suppose to be 1 month's rent. Is there any specific legal law that states that the property owner should give an equivalent to 1 month's rent to the agent? Licensed or unlicensed? Or owner's discretion lang talaga at wala talaga akong laban? Thank you
