Hi, I would like to ask for your opinion regarding this matter. I have paid reservation and installment on a subdivision but upon checking, they have no license to sell in dhusd, the property itself has no title yet and it is a long way to be processed because even the said original owner of the land could not apply for a title due to an adverse claim so I decided to back out. Given that the firm should not have been selling this in the first place because they lack the title and the license to sell, am I entitled to a full refund of the reservation fee?
