Hi, I am renting in a condo here in Jazz Residences Makati and I have already paid in advance the Grease Trap Maintenance for 7,500 and none was done on the 3 schedules indicated in the contract/receipt. Can I have my payment refunded? Did follow up occasionally to do the maintenance but still nothing was done. Thank you.
