Good day po. Question regarding Maceda Law. I have completed 2 years of payment and some months on my condo but decided to cancel my contract. I have filed for a refund and was told that they will reimburse me the 50% after tax and commission deduction. Is that how it supposed to be? I thought I should be getting the full 50% of my total payment. Can someone please let me know if this is what the law says about the refund? Appreciate your help. God bless.
