How much is the commission arrangement if you are in a brokerage? Do they give fixed salary and hm ung range nun? Based on experience, I noticed most brokerage do not accommodate outside brokers. Do you have the same experience? If a brokerage accommodates naman, what do you think are the pros and cons? Have you ever experienced na mabypass sa property ng co-broker /agent?
