I'm not sure if this is related but I want to pursue a career in real estate sales because I've been told that receiving commissions is much better than a monthly salary. How does commissions work? Like how much would I normally make and how fast would I get them or do clients have to pay a certain amount first? Does it vary per developer (Ayala,MEG, Rockwell, etc.)?
