Buy A Property Became Disater

Hi there,

i have a friend who tried to buy a property. She lives outside the Philippines but she has a sister who is processing for her transaction to make things happened. This friend of mine met a so called broker in Fb. To make the story short, the sister of my friend and the broker met to finalize the transaction. However, the sister found out that the sqm is not accurate, it was less than as it is expected. My friend got upset and instructed her sister to directly negotiate with the owner. My question is, is there any liability involved because the sister directly did a transaction with the owner?

Hapoybuyer17 The broker (I presume licensed) is still entitled for commission should the sale be consummated. If you will directly transact with the Seller, it should be a common courtesy to inform the middleman, or in this case, the broker. Hope this helps.
