Hi.. I have financed a 1 bedroom condo unit somewhere in las pinas last year. The condo is due to be finished early next year. I have paid only a portion of the downpayment to be able to move in. Due to certain events, I have changed my mind and would like to get a house and lot instead. How do I go about to find a buyer and at least get the money that I have invested in the property. The unit value has increased a bit but I don't really care about that. My concern is how do I get the money that I have shelled out. Thanks in advance for your advice.
