For licensed real estate brokers, the commission fee for finding a tenant is equivalent to 1 month's rent for one year, and then for property management, it's really 10% of the rental fee per month. So meaning he/she will only get 10% of the rental fee for the month he/she managed the property. But the "1 month's worth for any extension is too much already.
