Good day, I am a first time home buyer and I just made my reservation, When we went for a tripping here in Camarines Sur, we immediately liked the location as well as the agent did explained all the financing details before she made us sign the contract. However I missed on asking one detail about the subdivision and I just recently found out that although there has been people living in the subdivision already, they still dont have water connection there. I asked the agent about this and she said water there is deepwell, but there's not even water running in the faucets. She told me I can just buy a water pump and said that water connection is on the works with the barangay but can't tell when it will have its own water connection. I dont want to buy a house and have problems with utilities esp. water later on. Can I still refund my reservation? Thanks!
