Its been years and condo is not completed

I bought a condo during the pre-selling stage. Posession date should be 2013. Ive check status of bldg and i dont think its gonna get done soon. I got a lawyer to send a demand letter to get back my money, but developer did not respond. What do i do next?

LeonardoPangilinan it says in the contract i can get my money back..but thats it..no interest. I paid in cash..full one time payment.
