Hello everyone, I am planning on buying a 4 bedroom house in Pampanga, Malagang, San Isidro area or near clark international Airport. I own quite a few houses and properties here in saipan. The type of house I am looking for is Full concrete 1, 2, or 3 story with a minimum of 4 bedrooms 3 bath rooms, the concrete slab (foundation) must be tied into the structure of the house for better earthquake and typhoon protections. I like mountain / ocean views if possible but not an issue if not. If the property is isolated out on its own that is ok as well. I do not need to be in the main village or main city area. anything is considered.
